1. General

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or participating in services provided by AgainStronger, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all personal training, online coaching, fitness coaching, lifestyle guidance, and related services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Booking & Payments

All coaching sessions and packages must be paid within the agreed payment period. Payments made for coaching services, sessions, and packages are non-refundable once services have started, except where required under applicable Belgian law. Coaching packages and sessions are personal to the client and may not be transferred to another individual. AgainStronger reserves the right to suspend or refuse services in the event of unpaid invoices or repeated late payments.

 

3. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

All coaching and personal training sessions are reserved specifically for the client in order to maintain scheduling availability and service quality. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged in full. Missed sessions and no-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated via email at againstronger@hotmail.com, phone call, or another agreed written communication method. AgainStronger understands that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of AgainStronger. If AgainStronger needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will always receive a replacement session at no additional cost.

4. Health & Medical Responsibility

Clients confirm that they are physically capable of participating in coaching and exercise activities. Clients are responsible for informing AgainStronger of any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, medications, or other health concerns prior to participation. AgainStronger reserves the right to refuse or discontinue coaching services where participation may present a health or safety risk. Coaching, exercise guidance, and nutritional recommendations provided by AgainStronger do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

 

5. Liability

Participation in coaching and training sessions is entirely at the client’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted under Belgian law, AgainStronger shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, health complications, loss, or other claims arising from participation in coaching services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Clients remain responsible for exercising within their own physical limits and following coaching instructions responsibly.

 

6. Online Coaching

For online coaching services, clients are responsible for maintaining reasonable communication and providing accurate information when requested, including progress updates, check-ins, and feedback. AgainStronger cannot guarantee specific physical, aesthetic, or performance related results, as outcomes depend on individual effort, consistency, lifestyle habits, and adherence to coaching guidance.

 

7. Force Majeure

AgainStronger shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, technical failures, government measures, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters.

 

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared by clients will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable Belgian and European privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Client information will only be used for coaching, communication, administration, and legal obligations.

 

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes relating to services provided by AgainStronger shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.
